Dee Coakley

Dee Coakley is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boundless, an EOR platform that handles HR, employment, and payroll compliance for international teams. Before founding Boundless, Dee spent a decade in COO roles at B2B SaaS companies, overseeing HR, Finance, and Legal operations. In her last role, the company organically grew into having an internationally distributed team, giving her a front-row seat to the complexities of employing people in countries where she had no experience or network. That experience became the spark for Boundless. Today, Dee leads a remote-first team spread across 30+ countries, helping companies navigate cross-border employment and the challenges of running international operations.
