As VP of HR for Asure, a Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services provider for growing small and medium-sized businesses, she heads implementation of the latest HR management strategies that enable Asure to attract, train, and retain a high-performing and motivated team. Over the years, Cheryl has been pivotal to the growth of Asure through her expertise about payroll and benefits regulations. She has continued to develop the best talent and created a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Cheryl is a member of the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) and the Society of Human Resource management (SHRM) with a certification in SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP.
