Inkling and EdCast Supercharge Enterprise Learning by Integrating Market-Leading Digital Knowledge and Upskilling Platforms

The Combination of Inkling’s Operational Learning Platform with EdCast’s AI-Powered, Award-winning LXP Delivers Unified Knowledge in the Flow of Work

Inkling and EdCast announced that they are partnering to improve how enterprises create and distribute mission-critical learning to their employees. The integrated offering combines the best-in-class AI-powered Learning Experience Platform (LXP) from EdCast with Inkling’s mobile-first operational learning platform to enhance onboarding, training and upskilling efforts across the enterprise.

“We are excited to be working with EdCast to elevate the enterprise learning experience,” said Jeff Carr, CEO of Inkling, a global leader in operational learning solutions. “By enabling the quick development, distribution and measurement of the impact of custom content, and by using EdCast’s artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure learners gain access to the most relevant and timely information, together we’re able to deliver a better learner experience and greater engagement, retention, and just-in-time learning, whenever and wherever workers need it.”

Inkling’s solutions enable enterprises to streamline content authoring and distribution with easy-to-use content creation and collaboration tools. These solutions also help employees find and engage with interactive content through an intuitive mobile learning experience that guides them through their training, which will now be further enhanced through integration and distribution with EdCast’s LXP. Inkling also improves communications and provides analytics to measure performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Content created in the Inkling platform will be integrated with content available through EdCast’s LXP, including SmartCards and Pathways. EdCast’s AI-based targeting engine learns about and adapts to team members and their preferences with its new and ongoing content and learning recommendations. All content is then fully integrated and available within the flow of work through enterprise solutions, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office and Teams, Slack, and Google.

“Since our founding, EdCast has been committed to Future of Work innovation and leadership in delivering employee experience solutions to enterprises with our LXP and knowledge management solutions,” said Karl Mehta, CEO and Founder of EdCast. “Our partnership with Inkling–and the integration of our LXP with their content authoring, creation and collaboration tools–continues to elevate our efforts to deliver enhanced learning to our enterprise customers, all within the flow of work.”

The combined solution helps both Inkling’s and EdCast’s customers with a variety of mission critical tasks, including onboarding and ramping, new product and initiative rollouts, policy and process reinforcement, sales training and enablement, field service, clinical training and knowledge, and retail and restaurant operations.

“Learning in the flow of work has arrived, driving companies to look for more integrated solutions for in-line content development, discovery, and delivery,” said global industry analyst Josh Bersin. “Integrated platforms like EdCast and Inkling are the beginning of a massive wave to bring together content discovery and context with high-fidelity learning content developed for specific business needs.”
