Introduces ‘Breathe’ and ‘ThriVe’ programs
TresVista, a leading provider of high-end outsourced support to corporates, asset managers, and entrepreneurs, has reiterated its commitment to employee well-being with two initiatives, ‘Breathe’ and ‘ThriVe’. Through Breathe, employees and their families will have access to professional experts to support mental and emotional well-being. ThriVe will provide a series of interventions for employees to take a break, rest, recover and reconnect with their loved ones.

ThriVe: To support the employees and their family ’s well-being, TresVista launched ThriVe. It includes special provisions, events, and engagement activities focusing on physical & mental well-being and skill development. Each quarter focuses on one key objective such as wellness & upskilling and has various initiatives designed around it. Besides, it also allows employees a flexible set of leaves to devote their time and care to the family.

As a first step under this program, TresVista will switch off together as an organization and ‘Unwind To ThriVe’ on 31 May 2021 to take the day to rest, recover and reconnect with their loved ones.
Breathe: A comprehensive Employee Well-Being Assistance Program in collaboration with Silver Oak Health. Through the program, employees and their family members can access professional experts for emotional and mental wellness. The program focuses on mindful living, building resilience, de-stigmatizing mental health, and prioritizing mental & physical aspects of well-being. Counseling sessions are also available to employees under home isolation who may have tested COVID positive or who are not able to move about due to local restrictions.
In October 2020, TresVista had also introduced a slew of employee-friendly measures to support employees like Caregivers’ Special Leave, COVID+ve paid leaves and WFH setup reimbursements.
