“As remote work continues to dominate enterprise operations, business leaders crave technology that reinforces more productive communications, while their teams remain distributed”
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued Fuze U.S. Patent No. 10572859B1 on February 25, 2020. The invention simplifies the effort to join a Fuze meeting with automated configuration that utilizes a confidence score, working to automatically identify guests and users. Conventional techniques for joining a conference call require a user to perform several tasks, including confirming identification numbers, entering registration codes, and/or identifying themselves through a series of audio prompts. These time-consuming and manual tasks are mitigated with this invention, ultimately simplifying the process of joining a meeting or call and limiting the potential for user error.
“As remote work continues to dominate enterprise operations, business leaders crave technology that reinforces more productive communications, while their teams remain distributed,” said Rob Scudiere, president and chief operating officer at Fuze. “Automating tedious processes like inputting information to join a meeting cuts out the mundane requirements to connect with colleagues, fundamentally building a more efficient collaboration, meetings, and user experience.”
