Yujin Kim to Join Justworks’ Leadership Team
Justworks, the nation’s fastest-growing HR technology company, announced the addition of a new member to the company’s leadership team. Technology executive Yujin Kim will join as Vice President of Engineering, responsible for leading all software development and architecture. He will drive initiatives across the company to bring the impact of Justworks’ products and services to the next level.

Kim most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at WorkMarket, a cloud-based workforce management solution startup that was acquired by ADP in early 2018. As CTO of WorkMarket, he built a cloud-based, API-led enterprise SaaS strategy and scaled a successful engineering organization in size many times over. Prior to this, Kim held a leadership position at The New York Times where he played a key role in efforts to integrate its digital and print systems for major cost savings and operational efficiencies, as well as to launch its new design, next-generation paid digital products, development of Continuous Delivery, and event and behavior data-driven product strategy.

He will join Justworks’ over 600 employees in January, working across multiple disciplines to extend its collaborative engineering culture and ensure technology is leading every aspect of the business forward in service of its customers. Justworks currently serves thousands of small and medium businesses and over 85,000 employees across all 50 US states.
