As a Kronos Partner, Passport Corp is showcasing its products, services, and solutions in the KronosWorks Expo Hall, including several new innovative applications developed specifically to work seamlessly as tiles within Workforce Dimension, which is a fully responsive, mobile-native workforce management solution accessible on smart phones and tablets. Passport’s route management is now available as an application seamlessly embedded within Workforce Dimensions, empowering employees to complete self-scheduling of location-based tasks and/or shifts, from anywhere, at any time, on the device of their choice. The innovative WorkFinder application allows an organization to easily post available work to mobile employees who are quickly notified and can select to accept the work, get optimized routing and punch in and out – all with a few touches on their mobile device. Customers can also see real-time updates on a map to track the mobile worker’s travel and arrival. Another exciting Passport app on display allows organizations with complex and dynamic event staff scheduling requirements to use one simple template-based process for planning, scheduling, and even managing inevitable changes.

“The entire team at Passport is focused every day on supplying the Kronos community with innovative and integrated tools to take the management of their mobile and field personnel to the cutting edge,” said Alan Tonnesesn, Passport Corp CEO. “As the delivery of service directly to the customer location becomes ever more important, seamlessly putting solutions in the hands of employees that empower them to collaborate and deliver optimal customer service is essential.”
