Ms. Pyrzenski joins HireRight from VIZIO, where she served as the Head of Human Resources. In her role at HireRight, Ms. Pyrzenski will be responsible for determining and executing an HR strategy that aligns with HireRight’s core business objectives and strategic vision. She will support HireRight’s global expansion as the company continues to focus on attracting and retaining top talent for current and future business needs in key markets across the world.

As the Head of Human Resources at VIZIO, Ms. Pyrzenski led key initiatives that drove effective company-wide communications, optimized operational productivity and elevated VIZIO’s employer brand to attract high potential talent. She has substantial experience coaching and supporting leaders through organization design and change management. Prior to VIZIO, Ms. Pyrzenski held HR leadership roles at the National Football League (NFL), AT&T and DIRECTV.

Ms. Pyrzenski received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Hawai’i at Hilo. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University, where she was also a PhD candidate, and holds an innovation and entrepreneurship certification from Stanford University.
