Alliant Insurance Services has added Matthew Friedson within its Employee Benefits Group as First Vice President. Based in Bethesda, Maryland, he will work with a diverse portfolio of clients throughout the Northeast to design and implement tailored executive benefits and financial strategies for their businesses.

Friedson has nearly 20 years of experience advising enterprise organizations and high-net-worth individuals on executive benefits, advanced life insurance planning, and business succession strategies. He focuses on delivering customized benefits solutions, long-term planning frameworks, and life insurance-based financial structures that support both business continuity and wealth preservation.

Prior to joining Alliant, Friedson served as Managing Director and National Life Insurance Practice Leader with a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Wealth Adviser and was named to the publication’s Top Wealth Adviser Hall of Fame in 2023.
