Dexian Promotes Key Executives, Adds Strategic Expertise to Leadership Team

Lydia Wilson has been appointed as the company’s Chief People Officer. Wilson joined the Dexian organization in 2019 as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and most recently led the company’s leadership development organization. With over 35 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge in staffing, strategy, learning and development, MSP, VMS, and RPO. Wilson began her career with the global human capital firm Adecco and it’s MSP-affiliate Pontoon Solutions. She has also been recognized by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) three times on its Global Power Women in Staffing lists. As Chief People Officer, she will lead Dexian’s human resources organization as well the leadership and development team to create an inclusive, compassionate, people-first culture, supporting Dexian’s model for success and nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Geoff Gray has been promoted to Chief Customer Relationship Officer. Gray was one of the founding members of Signature Consultants and joined the executive leadership team during the acquisition in 2021. He brings more than 30 years of IT staffing experience to the role, along with a deep understanding of Dexian’s business and clients. Known for his client-first mindset, he has aided Dexian’s growth by fostering long-lasting relationships and creating innovative staffing solutions. As Chief Customer Relationship Officer, he will be responsible for helping Dexian deliver the best customer experience in the industry, while also introducing and positioning the company’s new platform of services to its global client base.

Tara Winn has been named as the company’s Chief of Staff. Winn has been with the Dexian organization since 2009 and has been a key player in the expansion of the Dexian platform. In November of 2022, Winn was named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list for the second time. As Chief of Staff, she will serve as a strategic advisor to Ahmed and will continue her responsibilities leading Dexian’s field operations. Winn will use her considerable knowledge and industry experience to implement policy, performance, and change management initiatives that will help guide the company’s future evolution and growth.

Kip Havel has been promoted to Dexian’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Dexian in 2020 as VP and Head of Marketing, Havel held senior roles with Aflac, Randstad, and Cross Country Healthcare. In his former role, Havel was the driving force behind the development and launch of the Dexian brand. An experienced, renowned marketer, he has been recognized as one of “4 Under 40” Emerging Leaders by the American Marketing Association, a “Rising Star” by PR Week, and an “Ace Communicator” by Ragan’s PR Daily. As CMO, Havel will use his deep marketing expertise and industry insight to enhance Dexian’s market share growth, as well as encourage the company’s “Black Sky Thinking” within the industry.
