65% Of Workers Believe Technology Will Improve Their Future Job Prospects

There are a multitude of benefits employers can enjoy from the technological advancements achieved in recent years, such as improved efficiency and accuracy of operations. However, for many years now, there have been fears among employees surrounding the automation of roles due to these developments in technology.

  • In comparison, 39% report being concerned about not getting sufficient training in technology and digital skills from their employers.
  • 74% of employees are ready retrain to remain employable.
  • 70% would consider using treatments to enhance their brain and body to improve job prospects.
