Susan has over two decades of experience in enterprise sales and customer success and is expected to spearhead sales for the organization in the US, Canada, and international markets. Her experience in selling into professional services firms, retail, telecom, and banking sectors perfectly fits together with the industries HBX plans to serve.

Susan Van Klink has earlier driven impressive sales and growth for a number of innovative HR-based software platforms, the most prominent of them being SuccessFactors where she helped increase revenues of the emerging product lines from $10 Mn to $150 Mn in a span of just four years. Earlier, she had brilliantly exhibited her expertise by growing sales to almost 300% in 18 months while working with Taleo, Checkster, and SuccessFinder.
