“In the past year, we have nearly doubled the size of the team and we have a clear strategy for more growth ahead,” said Will Hackler, Director of Retirement Plans at Integrated Partners. “There has never been a better time for a collaborative and passionate team like Integrated Pension Services to be in business, and Jason is a huge part of our strategy for what’s ahead.”

Passionate about clarifying misconceptions about retirement planning, Mr. Grantz is the co-creator and primary author of The 401(k) Plan Blog. He has also been published in several industry journals, including the Journal of Pension Benefits, the Journal of Compensation and Benefits and the ASPPA Journal.

Mr. Grantz is focused on working to expand retirement security nationally and helping defeat elder poverty by creating more well-designed plans.

“Retirement coverage is among the biggest societal problems we have in this country,” he said. “Less than two thirds of working Americans have access to an employer-sponsored retirement plan, and of the group with access, only 20% to 40% are on track to successfully retire and replace their paycheck in a way that is sustainable for the rest of their life. That is why we are facing elder poverty issues in this country.”

“My mission is our opportunity here at Integrated Pension Services,” Mr. Grantz said. “If we can help get more plans established then we will get more people saving for retirement. I know this mission isn’t unique, but with hard work and passion, we can make a real impact.”

Mr. Grantz was the Director of Institutional Retirement Consulting at Unified Trust Company for more than a dozen years. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President of retirement plans at AllianceBernstein.
