Mary Brasel, MAI, AI-GRS is a skilled appraiser with over 25 years of experience in multiple asset types, including industrial, commercial/office, land, retail, and hotel/resort. Before becoming Binswanger’s Director of Valuation Services, Mary spent more than 15 years ordering and reviewing commercial appraisals as a Senior Appraisal Manager for Walmart. Most recently, she served as the Appraisal Services Officer for Bank OZK where she was responsible for scoping the appraisal needs of the Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG).
Trina Nolan will support Binswanger’s Project Management team as a Project Manager. Trina has successfully managed numerous small-large scale projects for major healthcare facilities and universities, including Villanova, Christiana Health, and SEI. Most recently, Trina worked for Healthcare Building Solutions (HBS) where she served as an owner’s rep and consultant on the Penn Medicine Pavilion project, a 1.5 million sq. foot, $1.6 billion dollar hospital.

Liz Chrostowski joins Binswanger as the Marketing Project Manager and will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure the timely execution of marketing projects and presentations. Previously, Liz worked as a Marketing Manager for the largest media, marketing, and education organization serving the promotional products industry. There, she was responsible for developing multichannel marketing campaigns, promoting the company’s annual events, creating lead-nurturing sales tools, and more.
