The course was launched in tandem with Lessonly’s newest product release, Lessonly Certifications. The Lessonly team built the certification in response to the ever-increasing need to effectively train and enable customer service agents so they can succeed in their roles. The goal of the certification is to emphasize the value of customer service training for growing teams and give leaders practical ways to coach agents, track metrics, and create content that enables customer service excellence.

“Lessonly’s Customer Service Enablement 101 Certification was awesome,” said newly-certified Brandon from Postmates. “It inspired my team to start creating certification paths for our internal customers.”
