Guidecraft®, celebrating 50 years of developing innovative educational and home learning environments, is teaming up with Martha Stewart and Marquee Brands to launch the Martha Stewart™ Living and Learning Kids’ Collection line of furniture. Each piece was thoughtfully designed with flexibility and function in mind to enhance children’s home-based learning environments, a significant consideration as many schools across the nation anticipate full virtual learning for the foreseeable future. The collection pioneers the concept of a child’s home office space and will provide children with a unique furniture system and workspace, inspiring them to create, organize, study, collect, and curate. Products are available now through Guidecraft.com as well as participating retailers nationwide including Amazon and Wayfair.

The collection will include desks, reading nooks, storage systems, media consoles, corner units, bookcases, beds, dressers, art centers, and more, in a choice of warm gray or soft white. Many of the pieces have flexible open storage solutions with textured bins offered in several color choices. The line, constructed from solid woods and other quality materials, is ergonomically designed for ages 5 through 15. Pieces can be combined to create intentional learning spaces with a wide variety of storage options designed to alter and grow with a child to meet both their current and future needs. Guidecraft’s popular Kitchen Helper® safety stool has been reimagined for the collection and will be available in January 2021 in a choice of colors including white, charcoal, taupe, and mint followed by a line of craft furniture in the spring. Additional products will be introduced throughout 2021 and beyond.

“This is an exciting collaboration based on the mutual passion for designing products that enrich the lives of children,” says Alex Romano, Guidecraft Vice President of Marketing. “The pieces in this collection allow parents to design rooms that create inspirational learning environments for children who will be doing more learning and studying at home, an increasingly important consideration for many dealing with uncertain school plans for the foreseeable future. The Martha Stewart Living and Learning Kids’ Collection by Guidecraft will create a bridge between living and learning spaces for children in their own homes.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Guidecraft, the true leaders in children’s furniture, on a collection that blends learning, living, play and media all into one product,” said Carolyn D’Angelo, President of the Home Division at Marquee Brands. “With our design authority in the home space and Guidecraft’s expertise in children’s furnishings, we were able to create a functional and elevated product at an affordable price point that a child can grow with for years to come.”
