Ms. Doerr is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in innovative, mission-driven businesses. She has demonstrated great success developing, facilitating, and promoting educational programs, leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, leading change management initiatives, and building high-impact teams. In addition, Facilitators and Coaches include experts such as Jacqueline Scott, a sought-after speaker and consultant that works across sectors to help drive the process of reexamining and embedding DEI in organizations, including the development and implementation of training programs and corporate policy.
