TimeClock Plus to Present at Oracle Modern Business Experience in March

TimeClock Plus will be presenting its TCP Direct solution for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud users at Oracle Modern Business Experience on March 19-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. All show attendees are invited to see how TCP Direct enables Oracle HCM Cloud clients to meet their scheduling and time collection needs.

TCP Direct is a cloud-to-cloud integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and the TimeClock Plus v7 time collection system that automates, validates, and integrates mission-critical workforce data. Specifically, TCP Direct aggregates employee demographic data with time entries, then enters this data into time cards within Oracle Workforce Management, part of Oracle HCM Cloud. This eliminates redundant data entry, improves data accuracy, and give managers and supervisors real-time, actionable information for better decision making. In addition, TimeClock Plus Modular Automations allow businesses to process hundreds of complex unions and pay rules to ensure payroll accuracy.  Whether employee punch time data or elapsed events, the TCP Direct solution is equipped to complement Oracle HCM Cloud.
