Sterling India Wins ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ Award in Three Categories

Sterling— the world’s leading background and identity services provider—received the ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ award in the Fun at Work, Employee Engagement Company of the Year 2018 and Best CSR practice categories during the 27th annual World HRD Congress Awards ceremony.

Finalists had to undergo a rigorous, multi-step evaluation process by an executive council of HR industry leaders. Winners were selected following a live jury presentation by a panel of expert judges from an array of diverse fields.

World HRD Congress is the largest HR event in the world, with over 1,870 professionals from over 133 countries in attendance this year. The awards highlight outstanding business achievements in categories such as HR Technology, Diversity and Inclusion, women leaders in HR, among others.
