McQuarrie will focus on integrating popular shared services tools such as case and document management. He will also supplement the ecosystem with Buck’s services and tools, and close the loop by integrating meaningful, actionable analytics.

A 30-year industry veteran, McQuarrie returns to Buck and brings global experience in technology, consulting, and outsourcing, including capability leadership and business development roles at Conduent, Xerox, and Affiliated Computer Services. He most recently served in global business development at NGA HR, where he focused on global payroll and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment and support services.

“Clients are struggling to recognize the promised benefits of SaaS solutions, with the majority of top tier employers stating they will use a hybrid model where the SaaS platform is supplemented by other point solutions in areas like learning, applicant tracking, payroll, and benefits,” said McQuarrie. “Buck is uniquely positioned to help organizations wrap disparate solutions under a singular employee experience that integrates artificial intelligence, process automation, and analytic technologies, facilitating the transformation through change management and communications.”
