Strategic acquisition expands Frazier & Deeter’s outsourced accounting capabilities with back-office and payroll services
Frazier & Deeter (FD), a Top 50 nationally ranked accounting and advisory firm, announced the acquisition of Machen McChesney and its sister company, FocusPay Solutions. Machen McChesney is a long-standing accounting and business advisory firm headquartered in Auburn, Alabama. FocusPay Solutions provides payroll, benefits administration and HR services to business throughout Alabama and the surrounding region. The transaction further expands FD’s footprint in the Southeast and enhances the firm’s ability to serve business owners through a broader range of accounting, advisory and workforce-related services. Machen McChesney’s decades-long presence in the Auburn community, combined with FocusPay’s experience supporting employers and their employees, will deepen the level of high-touch service FD is able to offer clients across its growing footprint.
