As part of the authorization process, Totara’s learning management platform underwent an independent third-party assessment and review by the GovRAMP Program Management Office (PMO). The platform supports workforce training and compliance across complex public-sector organizations, including mandatory assignments, recertification, certifications, skills development and reporting.

“Public-sector agencies and institutions need learning technology they can trust as they prepare their workforces to meet changing community needs,” said Michael Maurath, Head of Public Sector and US Operations. “Agencies and institutions must address critical skills gaps and workforce shortages while maintaining compliance across distributed teams. GovRAMP Authorized status provides public-sector leaders with greater assurance in Totara’s security, while preserving the flexibility they need to deliver compliance training, build essential capabilities, and improve public service outcomes.”
