Experienced Leader Focuses on Employee Development as Company Accelerates Growth
Global advertising technology leader, The Trade Desk, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vina Leite as Chief People Officer. Based in Ventura, CA, Vina will lead the company’s human resource strategy and operations around the world. Her team is responsible for developing and managing employee programs to help nurture and grow the unique and special culture at The Trade Desk.

Vina brings an extensive background in HR leadership at fast-growth technology companies and a passion for employee development and engagement to The Trade Desk. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at AI-driven cybersecurity firm Cylance Inc., which was recently acquired by BlackBerry. In that role, Vina led the company through rapid growth to be recognized as one of the Great Places to Work in Orange County in 2018. Prior to Cylance, Vina held several other HR leadership roles in the technology sector, including as Chief Human Resource Officer at QLogic, VP of HR at EMC, and CHRO at Unicom.
