Former Coca Cola Company and Finance Executives Join the STEM and eSport Gaming Company Board

Shaun B. Higgins has more than 30 years’ business experience serving for years as a senior executive with Coca Cola.

Throughout his career, Higgins has held a number of senior level positions including President and Chief Operating Officer of Coca Cola Canada, Chief Strategist and Planning Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Coca Cola Enterprises.
He brings that expertise and experience to the board of Universal Gamers Amateur Association.
“To have Shaun join our company and bring his business, financial and management expertise will be invaluable,” says Patrick Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of UGAA. “Shaun’s contributions to his many business ventures and board roles have always been outsized. To have him assisting will only add to the Company’s ongoing success.”

Also joining UGAA as CFO is Gerard F. Agoglia. Gerry has recently been managing director and founder of Agoglia, LLC, a financial management consulting practice that assists clients in securing capital financing. Gerard has recently arranged a $20 million EXIM bank loan with J. P. Morgan Chase for a client that exports medical devices into Canada, a domestic $5.0 million Small Business Loan with Lincoln Savings Bank and Payroll Protection Loans for his clients.

The online education business, founded by Patrick Kenny, Dejan Matic, Brian Kenny and NBA Hall of Fame members Chris Mullin and Mitch Richmond, has built a unique business and educational model within its Learning Management System. The organization is actively partnering with school systems, leaders in STEM education, and Fortune 500 corporations across the country to offer esports gaming with an educational after-school curriculum with a focus on underserved communities.
