HR executive Kristen Evans leads new HR management consultancy, deepening McNees’ array of specialty client services.
McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announced the launch of HR Influenced, a human resource management consultancy offering clients an array of strategic HR solutions.
HR Influenced is led by Kristen Evans, an HR executive with two decades of experience in the full spectrum of human resource management and strategy.
“We have long had our eye on developing a company that could serve the increasingly complex human resource management needs of our clients and employers, both regionally and nationally,” said McNees Chair Brian Jackson. “With Kristen, we believe we have found the right person to lead this important new venture for our firm. She has the dynamic personality and versatile skill set essential to managing HR issues in ’s rapidly changing workforce.”

Evans most recently served as managing director of a local consulting firm in Harrisburg. Prior to that, she was vice president of human resources at York-based PACE Resources and held HR manager roles at Harrisburg University, Harrisburg-based Triple Crown Corporation and Cintas in York. Evans earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Shippensburg University.
With a unique perspective informed by her diverse experiences and deep knowledge of the industry, Evans said HR Influenced is an intentionally different kind of HR consulting firm.
“Our role is to help businesses and organizations unlock their potential through their people with proven and effective HR strategy,” Evans said. “We believe success is absolutely influenced through strategic HR management solutions but isn’t necessarily achieved solely by them. We believe that when employers focus on their people, they can influence the trajectory of their business.”
