Capstone Group Names Rachel Friend as Employee Benefits Advisor

Capstone Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Friend to the position of Employee Benefits Advisor, effective July 5, 2022

Rachel Friend joined Capstone Group in August of 2021 and has been an integral member of Capstone’s client services team, serving as an Account Analyst for the Employee Benefits division. In this role, Rachel was responsible for assisting clients and their employees with their day-to-day benefit needs.

“I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated employee benefits professionals in the industry,” says Friend. “Capstone’s client services team is second to none. After seeing the positive impact our service team has on employer groups first-hand, I am eager to transition into a role where I can help identify more organizations that could benefit from Capstone’s services and ‘people-focused’ approach.”

In her new role as an Employee Benefits Advisor, Rachel will be responsible for business development and the identification of organizations that would benefit from the products and services offered by Capstone’s Employee Benefits division. In addition to making connections within her personal network, Rachel will also represent Capstone within the many organizations and associations the firm currently supports, including the Philadelphia and Main Line Chambers of Commerce, the Delaware Valley Family Business Center, and Women in Bio.

“Through her experiences prior to joining Capstone, and her training within our service team, Rachel has developed a skillset that makes her an asset to our current and prospective clients,” says Kevin Fox, Managing Partner of Capstone Group. “She’s been actively involved in the oversight and management of many large, complex employee benefit programs and is fully prepared to use that knowledge and experience to help drive the continued growth of our firm. We’re very fortunate to have Rachel on our team and representing Capstone out in the field.”
