Rezolve.ai Recognized in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for AI Applications in IT Service Management

Rezolve.ai is one of nine vendors evaluated; the company was also ranked highest in two use cases in the companion Gartner Critical Capabilities research

Rezolve.ai, the agentic AI service desk for IT, HR, and Finance, today announced that it has been recognized in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for AI Applications in IT Service Management. Rezolve.ai is one of nine vendors evaluated in the research.

We believe this recognition will help more service leaders take a close look at what governed autonomy delivers in production.”

In the companion research, the 2026 Gartner Critical Capabilities for AI Applications in IT Service Management, Rezolve.ai was ranked highest in the AI for End-User Self-Service Use Case, with a score of 3.39 out of 5, and the AI for IT Agents Use Case, with a score of 3.14 out of 5 — the highest scores among the 10 products evaluated in each.

“We believe this recognition reflects the momentum behind governed, agentic service management,” said Saurabh Kumar, CEO of Rezolve.ai. “Our approach is a whole-desk one: issues resolved before they ever become tickets, agents supported behind the desk, and every autonomous action approval-gated, audited and explainable. That combination is what enterprises tell us they need to trust autonomy in production.”

The Rezolve.ai platform spans both halves of the service desk. On the employee side, Sidekick provides conversational AI in Microsoft Teams, Slack, email and voice, answering with grounded, cited responses and executing requests such as password resets, access and software provisioning, while VoiceIQ extends the same resolution to the phone channel. On the team side, Agent Assist delivers AI triage, ticket summaries, similar-ticket search and drafted replies; DeskIQ clusters ticket history into ranked automation opportunities with projected impact; and Agent Studio lets teams build governed agents in plain language, with MCP tool integrations and a marketplace of 50 ready-made agents. Everything runs on an AI-first ITSM system of record, used standalone or augmenting an existing ticketing system.

“Agentic capability only matters if it is dependable, and dependability is an architecture decision,” said Udaya Reddy, CTO of Rezolve.ai. “Eight specialized agents reasoning over one shared conversation, grounded retrieval with citations, and governed execution on a single system of record — that is how context flows from the first c message to the final action, audited and explainable at every step.”

“Heads of I&O are consolidating: one platform for the employee front door and the team behind it, across IT, HR and Finance,” said Manish Sharma, CRO of Rezolve.ai. “We believe this recognition will help more service leaders take a close look at what governed autonomy delivers in production.”

Across the Rezolve.ai customer base, approximately 70% of requests are resolved before they become tickets. Customers include JLL, which runs Ask Ethics on Rezolve.ai for roughly 100,000 employees across more than 80 countries; TotalEnergies Denmark, whose first-ever HR chatbot answers employees in about 30 seconds, 24/7; Black Angus Steakhouse, which reduced after-hours IT dependency from 90% to 10%; and MyEyeDr, which resolves issues in about 10 minutes with roughly 30% of issues never becoming a ticket.
