Home Alliance, the trusted digital network of home service experts, announces the launch of its Home Alliance Academy. The program provides participants with high-quality knowledge and practical skills to adapt easily in a new job market and master the in-demand profession in the home services field.
Home Alliance Academy welcomes immigrants who come to the United States and gives them the opportunity to secure meaningful jobs that will benefit their professional goals. Students of Home Alliance Academy are provided with a mentor that offers support and assists with all educational material. With such reliable mentors, students are able to learn how to solve industry-related problems quickly. Working with a mentor doubles the speed and quality of every student’s education and allows them to gain valuable experience in the field.

Courses are available in customer service and home appliances repair. Additionally, Home Alliance Academy offers English-speaking courses to improve communication and speaking skills. No specialized knowledge is required for admission to the Home Alliance Academy, except for the desire to learn and grow. By signing up, students can receive access to hands-on experience, a library of materials, professional development and flexible working hours.
“Our goal is for our program participants to gain a level of expertise that will set them up for a prosperous career in this field,” said Sardor Umrdinov. “The academy provides the knowledge and tools necessary for students to ultimately work at Home Alliance. We not only help prepare them with technical skills necessary for career growth in this field, but also regularly invite the most promising graduates to work for us.”
After a student completes the program, graduates are able to work as plumbers, HVAC specialists, home appliance and air duct cleaning technichians and electricians. Home Alliance Academy is proud to have over 50 graduates and 200 incoming students joining their program this year.
