With on-campus recruiting plans halted for Fall 2020, Symplicity surveyed its student, employer and career center users in the Spring of 2020 to determine what mattered most in a virtual end-to-end career preparation and fair experience.

Symplicity survey data showed 70% of Symplicity university partners used Zoom or planned to use Zoom for virtual events, while smaller percentages surveyed used other video platforms like Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other video conferencing platforms. With accessibility and usability at the forefront our its new offering, Symplicity’s first priority was to build a solution that was fully compatible with all major video meeting providers to ensure employers, students, and institutions could use the video tools they prefer.
