As an Advisory Board member, Rebecca will advise Reulay’s executive team as they continue to scale the company to enhance workplace well-being through personalized interventions for employees on their platform.

“Without question, the impacts of the global pandemic, economic uncertainty and social unrest have exacted a significant toll on society’s collective mental health and well-being,” said Rebecca L. Ray, Ph.D. “Forward-thinking corporations looking to succeed in this new normal, are exploring ways to help their most valuable asset—their human capital—not to simply survive, but to thrive in the face of unrelenting change and disruption. I am excited to join the Advisory Board of Reulay and look forward to the positive impact their innovative virtual reality interventions will have on workers, leaders and the communities their organizations serve.”

Reulay’s research-backed virtual therapeutic platform is now being adopted by leading organizations at a time that it is needed more than ever. According to recent research from The Conference Board, employee well-being has suffered since the outbreak of the pandemic: Employee burnout and the number of employees with mental health problems has increased, while work-life balance, engagement and morale, and the number of employees reporting high levels of personal well-being has decreased.
