What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? It is the inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews coins this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

The Net Emotional Footprint score for each vendor is based on standard net promoter scoring, which for all HCM vendors produced an average of +72. UltiPro, with a Net Emotional Footprint score of +86; Ceridian Dayforce, with a score of +85; and Workday HCM, with +79, scored well above the industry average.
