OakLeaf Software, Inc., headed by retired Admiral Mark Heinrich, has recently acquired DPRA, headquartered in Manhattan, KS, with offices in Knoxville, TN, O’Fallon, IL, and Toronto, Canada. DPRA is a 60-year-old company with multiple disciplines and a growing emphasis on cloud-based enterprise software. DPRA serves customers with a strong focus on agile custom software development, digital document management, environmental legal and policy analysis, and public sector consulting.

OakLeaf and DPRA will continue to invest in the development of innovative cloud-based technologies that empower public and private organizations to increase efficiency, productivity, and deliver strategic results.

The DPRA Leadership Team is stronger with the addition of Greg Butler as the Chief of Operations. Additionally, Jason Forouhar has joined the team as the VP of Customer Relations. With these additional leaders, the future of both OakLeaf Software and also DPRA remains bright.

The incumbent CEO of DPRA, Denis O’Keefe, has stepped down but remains on the board of the company.
