Today, TalentQuest, a leading provider of talent management and learning solutions is announcing a series of executive leadership changes.

In a series of executive leadership changes, TalentQuest has named Dr. Frank Merritt as Executive Chairman. In his tenure, Dr. Merritt transformed TalentQuest from a boutique consultancy into a global SaaS talent management and learning technology and services organization. As Executive Chairman, Dr. Merritt will lead the ongoing strategy of the company while continuing to personally consult upon succession practices as well as executive team and board development. “After 30 years as CEO, I looked in the mirror and gave myself advice – it was time to turn the keys over to a highly capable CEO and executive team.”

Kevin Sessions will succeed Dr. Merritt as CEO. Sessions has held increasing leadership responsibilities throughout his career at TalentQuest – most recently as President and Chief Revenue Officer. Rachel Finglass will become President and Chief Operating Officer, leading all client delivery aspects of the business including Client Success, Consulting Services, and Account Management. Her focus will be centered on assisting clients with the design and implementation of their talent and learning solutions by creating best-in-class experiences and demonstrating strong return on investment.

He has rapidly scaled TalentQuest’s learning business by building a growing catalog of eLearning courses, designing effective custom learning solutions, and developing augmented and virtual reality learning experiences.
