“The model helps organizations establish a shared understanding of what it needs from its workforce to stay competitive,” said Dr. Rich Lombardo, Vice President of Bellevue’s Workforce Skills Academy. “The individual results give employees the information they need to move from managing themselves, to managing others, to leading others.” He added that the online assessment can be used free of charge by companies of all sizes, in any industry.
Research done by McKinsey & Company in 2023 highlights the importance of building a robust talent pipeline in the midst of a turbulent labor market. According to “The State of Organizations 2023,” companies that successfully develop people and manage them well gain a long-term performance edge in outcomes spanning revenue, talent attrition and economic profit.
