Groove Hires Mike Guerchon as SVP of People

Groove, the leading sales engagement platform for enterprises using Salesforce, announced that Mike Guerchon has joined the company as Senior Vice President of People. An accomplished human resources executive, Guerchon has more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams at both fast-growing start-ups and global public companies.

Guerchon is exceptionally skilled at building high-performing teams for tech start-ups while shaping a culture of diversity and inclusion. He joins Groove at a pivotal period of rapid growth for the sales tech start-up. Over the past year, Groove has grown its employee base by 222% globally.

As chief human resource officer at Riverbed Technology, he helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion and employee growth from 60 to more than 2,800 FTEs.
