  • Erika Ojeda-Louvier Promoted to Director of Global Workforce

Atlas Real Estate, a full-service real estate company specializing in brokerage, property management and institutional acquisitions, with offices in nine markets nationwide, promotes Erika Ojeda-Louvier to director of global workforce and opens a remote office in Mexico City.

Erika joined the Atlas team in 2018 and has contributed to the company’s impressive growth and market expansion. Before joining Atlas, she served in various leadership capacities for national and international organizations and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Universidad Intercontinental (UIC), Mexico City, Mexico, and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University, Denver, Colorado.  She is uniquely positioned to oversee the remote team in Mexico, as she grew up in Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish.

In addition to hiring, training, and onboarding remote team members, Erika will be the leader at Atlas responsible for the ongoing development of the Mexico-based team. Her goal is to ensure that Atlas’ global workforce is an integrated part of the U.S. team—immersed in the company’s unique culture and working toward Atlas’ mission to ‘Uplift Humanity Through Real Estate.’
