‘The expansion of our offerings in these attractive markets reflects the highly encouraging growth we are seeing in international business. As more and more companies are reaping the benefits of expanding overseas, we are pleased to be able to support them whether they are looking to establish a new entity or hire staff to execute their vision.’ commented Pierre Pradier, a co-founder of New Horizons Global Partners. ‘Even if companies do not wish to have a local entity, our consultants are able to recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and – if necessary – dismiss employees on the company’s behalf, making international labor dispatch a breeze.’

Of all the challenges in taking or starting a business abroad, setting up a legal entity and ensuring that staff are hired and managed compliantly are two of the most difficult to navigate cost-efficiently. Businesses large and small often find that the administrative and legal burdens associated with such activities are prohibitive, and for that reason alone company incorporation and PEO services delivered by expert local consultants are attractive to foreign investors.
