Juicebox Named to the Inaugural Prosumer AI 40

Juicebox, the leading AI recruiting platform, earned a spot on the inaugural Prosumer AI 40, a new annual list from Notable Capital recognizing the AI tools and applications giving a new generation of workers the ability to build, create, and operate at a level that was simply out of reach before.

Produced in partnership with Nasdaq and selected by 30 leading venture firms, the Prosumer AI 40 tracks a category that is reshaping professional life: AI tools designed for individual adoption that are powerful enough to change what people can pursue, not just how fast they can work. Firms were required to nominate companies outside their own portfolios alongside companies they back, making the list a reflection of broad market conviction.

“Recruiting is going through its biggest shift in decades, and the old model is breaking down on both sides,” said David Paffenholz, Co-founder and CEO of Juicebox. “Employers are buried in applications that aren’t the right fit, and strong candidates are getting lost in a sea of resumes that all look the same. The Prosumer AI 40 recognizes tools that change what individuals can accomplish, and that is exactly what we built Juicebox to do for recruiters.”

Juicebox is the AI recruiting platform behind the hiring operations at companies like Cursor, Cognition, Ramp, and Samsara. Before Juicebox, finding the right candidates meant building Boolean strings and switching between data sources that never talked to each other. Juicebox’s AI search, PeopleGPT, lets talent teams describe who they’re looking for in natural language and get a ranked, qualified list back from 800 million profiles across 30+ sources. The fastest-growing companies have stopped waiting on inbound and are using Juicebox to go directly to the talent they want.

To date, Juicebox has powered more than 560,000 searches and engaged over 3 million candidates. The company announced an $80M Series B funding round in March 2026 that valued it at $850M. This came only five months after Juicebox announced a $36M Series A round in September 2025. The company has also tripled ARR since its Series A, and now serves 5,000 customers spanning fast-growing technology companies and Fortune 100 brands, with customers reporting up to 90% less time spent identifying top candidates.

“We think prosumers are strategic early adopters of innovations. This list aims to encourage and celebrate tools and applications that understand where the large models are heading and can sustainably build along that trajectory for prosumers. Our team calls it ‘being on the token path’: your product gets meaningfully better as the underlying LLMs improve and together create enormous value for your users,” said Hans Tung, Managing Partner, Notable Capital. “Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees!”
