Addition Helps Organizations Achieve Better Recruiting Results Through Actionable Insights

Jobvite, the leading end-to-end talent acquisition suite, announced that it has acquired award-winning talent analytics platform Talentegy. The addition will help Jobvite customers improve the candidate experience, increase candidate conversions, and hire better candidates faster using actionable insights drawn from real-time engagement data across a company’s existing HR Technology stack, including career sites, application processes, and more.

“For years, talent acquisition teams have struggled to leverage their data to improve recruiting outcomes,” said Aman Brar, CEO of Jobvite. “With the addition of Talentegy, our customers will be able to monitor the candidate experience, identify points of friction, and eliminate them in ways that significantly improve outcomes. We’re excited to join forces in a way that will further underscore the value of talent acquisition to every organization.”

Talentegy’s technology analyzes data on career sites and throughout a company’s various Talent Acquisition technologies (Career Website, ATS, CRM, and more) to help analyze and identify candidate behaviors, content engagement, candidate exits, and accurate applicant sources. By better understanding how candidates interact with the Talent Acquisition technologies a company deploys, talent leaders can make changes to drastically improve recruitment outcomes.

This investment is the next step in delivering on Jobvite’s commitment to a data and analytics strategy to drive better recruiting results. The recent activity includes the acquisition of Predictive Partner, the launch of the AI Innovation Lab, new capabilities including a new analytics platform, AI-driven candidate matching, candidate engagement scoring, Diversity & Inclusion Offering with Bias Blocker, AI-driven automation, and Intelligent Messaging.

“Companies need an easier way to use their talent data to drive meaningful results without having to spend countless hours manually compiling and analyzing it,” said Dwaine Maltais, CEO of Talentegy. “We’re excited to join the Jobvite team so that we can continue to help organizations of all sizes bring their disparate talent data together to generate a clearer vision of their talent program performance and optimization opportunities.”

Customers can leverage the Talentegy solution as a standalone product or purchase it as an add-on to Jobvite’s current Analytics offering. Jobvite will also incorporate Talentegy product capabilities into its EVOLVE Talent Acquisition Framework, an end-to-end roadmap that helps talent acquisition leaders identify strengths and opportunities for improvement across their people, processes, and technologies.

“This is great news for the industry,” remarked Madeline Laurano, Founder and Chief Analyst of Aptitude Research Partners. “Talentegy is an innovative product that gives new depth of insights into the candidate experience. This is a great addition to Jobvite’s already robust data analytics capabilities.”
