The new AI capabilities empower TA teams to generate high-quality candidate-search queries, SEO optimized content and multilingual career site experiences in seconds, with hiring teams always maintaining control over the final output.

  • Candidate search AI assistant: A highly requested feature by iCIMS customers, recruiters can describe their ideal candidate in natural language and turn a prompt into a high-quality candidate search in iCIMS CXM.
  • SEO AI assistant: Automatically generate high-quality, optimized page titles and meta descriptions for every page on iCIMS Career Sites. No prior SEO knowledge required.
  • Translation AI assistant: Translate and publish entire career site pages in multiple languages while preserving brand voice.

The summer release also introduces key enhancements to the iCIMS ATS, focused on improving both usability and speed. These improvements are part of iCIMS’ continued investment in delivering a faster, cleaner and more modern interface for recruiting teams.

Additionally, the release gives recruiters more control by expanding the iCIMS Apply Network to include Dalia, JobTarget and Nexxt. iCIMS Apply Network is supported by some of the largest third-party job sites and aggregators, including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, empowering TA teams to effortlessly manage and streamline their apply flows across the web and ultimately reduce candidate drop-off. Earlier this month, iCIMS announced more than one million applicants have successfully submitted through the iCIMS Apply Network.
