Cochran joins EZ Texting from Dropbox, where she worked as the Senior HR Business Partner and Austin site leader. In these roles she partnered closely with senior leaders to develop and grow their teams through coaching managers, designing innovative people programs and leveraging talent data to provide valuable insights to the business. Prior to Dropbox, Rachel worked as the Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Evernote. Rachel began her career in the education industry as a teacher before shifting to HR, always seeking out opportunities to work for organizations with strong values who view HR as a strategic business partner.
