Diversified Maintenance, a leading provider of national facilities maintenance solutions, announced that Ciara Lilly has joined the Company as its first Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion. In this role, Ms. Lilly will be responsible for accelerating the Company’s existing commitment to nurturing a diverse workforce, while leading an enhanced Diversity & Inclusion strategy to foster a culture that is inclusive for everyone. She will work on internal training programs, engage with external networks, actively contribute to developing an environment of creative collaboration and diversity, strengthen relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers, and be an active part of recruiting programs and employee development initiatives.

Ms. Lilly has the experience and passion to take on this challenge. Over the last eight years, she has been a senior leader of Environmental Service Systems (ESS), a national minority-owned facilities maintenance company and sister company of Diversified Maintenance. In this new role, Ms. Lilly will continue her strategic initiatives with ESS and maintain her involvement in the company’s supplier diversity efforts.
