Corporate Brokers, a leading technology and workforce solutions company, announced Kristen Barnow has joined the company as president of Asphire, a professional services staffing firm, and Enterprise Services. In her new role, she’ll lead the strategic growth of the divisions by developing a robust portfolio of high-impact, transformational recruitment solutions.

Barnow has held several senior-level leadership roles at Kelly Services, KellyOCG and, most recently, Cielo, where she was the vice president of client development. Over the course of her career she has managed product portfolios and delivery teams across a wide spectrum of talent acquisition functions. These include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing and payroll, independent contractor and services procurement solutions, as well as Managed Service Providers (MSP) offerings and customized talent communities.

In this newly created position, Barnow will partner closely with Executive Director Doug Pfeffenberger to develop and execute on a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to bring high-value, sophisticated and scalable talent solutions to enterprise clients. This role perfectly suits Barnow’s strengths as a leader.
