“The cloud market in the US is thriving, and Rowan’s appointment will help us to meet demand from our clients and continue to deliver outstanding service across the country.”
O’Grady will be tasked with driving the company’s US business, which is experiencing enormous success as the need for cloud talent spikes across the country. In his role as US President, O’Grady will oversee operations across the firm’s locations across the US, which include Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Tampa, Irvine, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte, and Scottsdale.
O’Grady’s appointment comes at a time of tremendous growth for the company; Frank Recruitment Group recently undertook a major recruitment drive that sought experienced recruitment consultants to help meet the increasing demand on its Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS) recruitment brands, Nigel Frank and Jefferson Frank.
A leading player in some of the fastest-growing cloud technology markets, Frank Recruitment Group has enjoyed an uptick in demand across its core offerings, as businesses have been spurred by recent events to accelerate their digital transformation efforts and pivot to the cloud. This is particularly evident in the US, where Frank Recruitment Group has been working to grow its footprint in recent years.

Prior to his appointment with Frank Recruitment Group, O’Grady garnered 25 years of experience in the specialist staffing industry with Hays. A Business Studies graduate from CASS Business School at City University in London, for the past 11 years he has held the title of President of Hays Canada. During his time there, O’Grady built the business into one of Canada’s leading niche agencies, and concentrated on the construction and real estate, finance, and technology sectors.
“It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining such a major force in the cloud technology staffing industry,” said O’Grady. “I can’t wait to join such a talented group of people and help drive the US sales teams forward, give our customers an even better level of service, and make sure we’re going above and beyond to put great people into great jobs.”
