Background on Karen O’Boyle

Currently, Karen is Chief Customer Success Officer at Volonte, an HR tech firm. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in well-regarded HR tech, talent management and outplacement companies, including RiseSmart, LHH, DBM, and Right Management.

Karen holds an MS in Leadership from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. She also holds an Executive MBA certificate from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. She graduated from Smith College’s Global Management Program in Northampton, MA.
