One of the leading providers of daily pay employee benefits, DailyPay recently announced its partnership with InfoSync, a leading provider of accounting, reporting, and HR outsourcing solutions. While DailyPay helps employees across industries to receive instant access to their earned wages, InfoSync has dedicated its services to the restaurant industry professionals.
This strategic partnership between the two will allow InfoSync clients to offer their employees easy access to DailyPay without altering existing payroll setups and without making any additional investments. DailyPay is the only provider of an instant pay technology that can be implemented by businesses at no-cost. Furthermore, it is fully compliant in all 50 U.S.states.
Dale Hoyer, CEO at InfoSync said that the number one priority for the company has always been the success of its clients and if it’s always a win if something saves them time and money on overhead costs. “More importantly, this partnership will impact their employees directly by allowing them to be paid daily. DailyPay pairs seamlessly with our technology, so we are able to offer a beneficial service to our clients through a great partnership,” Hoyer added.
The collaboration has made it easier for both the platforms to share data seamlessly amongst themselves. This further enables the employees to calculate the real-time available balance transfer funds instantly upon request. The process saves a lot of time and effort on the part of InfoSync customers. Employees can transfer their accrued but unpaid wages to any bank account or pay card, prior to their next payday, courtesy of DailyPay. Additionally, they can also track their accumulated earnings while receiving incentives for additional shifts.

When It Comes to Integration…
Numerous restaurants that were part of the InfoSync ecosystem have already implemented DailyPay within their systems. A U.S.-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Captain D’s, started offering DailyPay to its employees in conjunction with InfoSync as its accounting and reporting platform. The firm reported that the integration was seamless and there was a 72% reduction in employee turnover, which was 66% lower in beta test locations than in locations where it didn’t implement DailyPay.
“We had no issues getting the two platforms to work with each other, and both the DailyPay and InfoSync teams were with us every step of the way. Having data exchanged between the two platforms makes our lives much easier and gives us new analytical insights we can use to better inform HR decisions,” said Ann Sizemore, SPHR, VP of HR for Captain D’s.
Jason Lee, CEO of DailyPay is of the opinion that employee-centric benefits that focus on employee well-being and help to build a more productive and engaged workforce help improve employee engagement and retention. On the recent partnership with InfoSync, he said, “InfoSync is laser-focused on bringing innovative solutions to the restaurant industry and other multi-unit businesses. Our partnership allows InfoSync to offer the daily pay benefit to all of its clients, a benefit that has proven employee attraction, retention and engagement results. We’re proud to partner with InfoSync to offer their expansive client portfolio a flexible, simple and compliant daily pay benefit.”
