Hasenauer brings over two decades of leadership experience to Escalon, having designed and rebuilt groundbreaking human resource operations strategies that have saved companies millions of dollars. Hasenauer has held senior leadership roles at a variety of companies, where her responsibilities included leading human resources operations for a 200,000-employee staff and managing a global HR team of over 400 people.
