Hasenauer brings over two decades of leadership experience to Escalon, having designed and rebuilt groundbreaking human resource operations strategies that have saved companies millions of dollars. Hasenauer has held senior leadership roles at a variety of companies, where her responsibilities included leading human resources operations for a 200,000-employee staff and managing a global HR team of over 400 people. While in these roles, she leveraged change management acumen while championing innovation to exceed expectations.
In joining Escalon as Practice Director, Hasenauer will ensure that the firm’s People Operations units across the globe focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. By creating standardized client services delivery methodology, Hasenauer will ensure that entrepreneurs can focus on growth while Escalon handles the non-core — yet essential — functions for them.
