SynchronyHR Partners with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

SynchronyHR, a boutique HR outsourcing firm based out of St. Louis, MO, is excited to announce partnership with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, one of Missouri’s top health insurance providers, to offer choice medical plans and products to business owners throughout the state.

The offering consists of a variety of Anthem master medical plans including Blue Access Choice and Blue Preferred Select (available at different price points), and High Deductible Health (HDHP) and PPO options. Additional features include the Sydney mobile app, LiveHealth online services, the Future Moms program, and the 24/7 NurseLine.

In a move made to increase their presence within the St. Louis broker community, SynchronyHR will offer these benefit solutions exclusively through local, referral-based broker relationships. “We are extremely proud of our partnership with Anthem, and fortunate to be able to arm local businesses with these medical offerings. We are also extremely proud to partner with some of Missouri’s finest insurance brokers to share these plans,” said Kyle R. Kelly, CEO of SynchronyHR.

SynchronyHR currently works with brokers across the U.S. to share their HR outsourcing services with business owners and managers. As part of the relationship, SynchronyHR offers all broker partners commission, a “No Trespassing” policy, residual compensation payouts, a team of trusted industry professionals, and other benefits.

Through this distribution method, Kelly hopes to benefit both brokers and their clients. “By offering strong medical offerings, such as those of Anthem’s, our broker partners can help their clients with administrative difficulties such as tricky open enrollments, retention, and navigating ACA,” said Kelly. “At the same time, brokers with clients in the MEWA or already with Anthem can have additional value, and therefore loyalty, while earning extra revenue. It’s a win-win! Our hope is that brokers will soon think of SynchronyHR as St. Louis’s ‘Broker’s PEO.’”
