Suite Spotte LLC Goes Beyond Coworking And Shared Office Space With Their New Go-to-grow Community Membership For Work From Home Professionals

Suburban Chicago coworking community Suite Spotte, with two offices located In La Grange and Forest Park Illinois extends their Go-To-Grow community memberships to pandemic weary Work From Home (WFH) businesspeople who may not need a shared workspace, but do need a reprieve from the isolation inherent in working from home, and the challenges they face integrating work life with home life.

Since December 2014, Suite Spotte has offered freelancers, small business owners, and remote workers a safe, dynamic shared workplace. Yet the coworking business’s real value has always been their member community of creative and innovative businesspeople.

Research projects that 50% of the workforce will continue to work from home at least 1 to 3 days per week post-pandemic. Working from home doesn’t suit everyone. By offering a way for WFH workers to connect, stay motivated, and continue to learn and grow, everyone wins.

“A true community opens our eyes to ideas and perspectives that may align with, or differ greatly from our own. Instead of discouraging differing perspectives, in community they are explored and celebrated. That openness and curiosity broadens our understanding and enriches our point of view making us more productive and leads to continuous personal and professional growth.”, Reardon says.

The new Go-To-Grow Community membership offers:

  • Member access only online tools that enable members to share ideas, ask questions, and stay connected no matter where they are.
  • Weekly virtual HOT Seat sessions where members build relationships by learning more about each other, brainstorm business challenges and share resources.
  • SPOTTE-ON Learning sessions that offer practical tips key to business and that can be applied immediately.
  • When members hit milestones or achieve big wins, Suite Spotte will promote their success within the community and externally through social media and industry nominations.

Access to digitized on demand learning tools and small group mastermind sessions will be added to the community membership in the Summer of 2021.

Many of the community member resources offered through the GTG Community Membership are virtual. Post-pandemic the opportunity for in person gatherings and events will resume once again.

Long-time Suite Spotte members and business partners, Jennifer Conroyd and Mike Lambert, describe the value of the member community for them, ““It was through one of the HOT Seat sessions that we came together to solve a business problem that ultimately resulted in our partnership. Together we created and launched our highly successful Fluid Running H2Go product now sold throughout the world.”

A stand-alone community membership was part of Suite Spotte’s original strategic plan developed in 2014. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the wide-spread increase in business people working from home, the timeline was accelerated..
